Maybe you’re walking on eggshells, wondering, “How the hell did things became so complicated?”

Or maybe the constant ups and downs have left you emotionally drained, wondering: “Is it really this bad… or am I overreacting?”

Whether you’re still in the relationship, thinking of leaving, or trying to make sense of everything after it ended, it can feel incredibly confusing and lonely. 

 

 

When a relationship causes more pain than peace, it slowly chips away at your confidence, your sense of reality, and your ability to trust yourself.

Healing from that is messy as hell and rarely a straight line. But it is possible.

Therapy gives you space to slow things down, understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself so you can make decisions from clarity instead of fear, guilt, or survival mode.

Because the goal isn’t to tell you what decision to make (even if you probably wish I could). 

It’s to help you reconnect with your own voice so you can choose what’s right for you.

Hey, I’m Maryfrances.

I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience offering virtual therapy for women across Ontario who want real support without the stiff clinical energy and endless talking without direction, but a practical plan that helps you feel clearer, calmer, and like you’re moving forward.
